Diana Lee Francis joined BeiGene in 2017 as Vice President and Global Head, Quality & Regulatory Compliance. An established leader in pharmaceutical quality and compliance, her extensive experience includes building comprehensive internal and external programs and streamlining key business processes for quality assurance.

Prior to joining BeiGene, Ms. Francis served as a quality function leader for Medivation, Theravance, Roche, and Genentech. She has contributed to the successful commercialization of more than 10 pharmaceutical products.

Ms. Francis received a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
